Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
LLM Calendar ("the Service") is a personal project I built to help you optimize your weekly schedule using AI. This policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and who else can see it.
What is Accessed
- Google Calendar: Event titles, start/end times, and all-day status via the
calendar.events.readonlyscope. Your Google account email and profile name viaopenid, email, andprofilescopes. - Microsoft Calendar: The same event data and profile information via Microsoft Graph API scopes.
- ICS Import: Calendar data from URLs you provide or .ics files you upload.
How Your Data is Used
Your calendar events and any context you provide (goals, preferences) are sent to OpenAI's API to generate scheduling suggestions. This data is used only for the duration of your session to produce results — it is not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose.
Third-Party Data Sharing
OpenAI receives your event data (titles, times) and context text when you request schedule generation. OpenAI's API data usage policy is available at openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies. No other third parties receive your data.
Data Retention
None of your data is stored on this server. There is no database. Schedule results exist only in your browser's memory and are cleared when you refresh or close the page. OAuth session tokens are stored in encrypted HTTP-only cookies and are cleared when you sign out or the session expires.
Revoking Access
- Google: Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps and remove LLM Calendar.
- Microsoft: Go to account.microsoft.com > Privacy and manage app permissions.
